Our warranty does not cover the installation of the Avenger MX Video Board into our units and/or the attempted operation of our units with an Avenger MX Video Board installed.

THE UNITS WE SELL WILL NOT WORK ON DIGITAL CABLE. THEY WILL ONLY WORK ON THE ANALOG CABLE CHANNELS 1-125 THAT YOUR CURRENT CABLE PROVIDER OFFERS UNDER THEIR ANALOG CABLE PLAN. THESE ARE STRICTLY ANALOG CABLE BOXES AND FOR FULL USE REQUIRE THE USER TO BE SUBSCRIBED TO BASIC EXTENDED/STANDARD ANALOG CABLE.

ANALOG CABLE INCLUDES ALL CHANNELS FROM CHANNEL TWO THROUGH CHANNELS 2-125. ANALOG CABLE PROVIDERS OFFER TWO DIFFERENT KINDS OF ANALOG CABLE SERVICES, BASIC ANALOG CABLE AND BASIC EXTENDED/STANDARD ANALOG CABLE. BASIC ANALOG CABLE INCLUDES CHANNELS 2-13 OR UP TO CHANNELS 2-36 AND USUALLY COSTS ABOUT $10-$15/MONTH. BASIC EXTENDED CABLE INCLUDES CHANNELS 2-125 AND USUALLY COSTS ABOUT $30-$40/MONTH. YOU MUST HAVE A VIDEO SIGNAL COMING THROUGH TO RECEIVE ANY GIVEN CHANNEL AND YOU MUST BE SUBSCRIBED TO BASIC EXTENDED/STANDARD ANALOG CABLE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL OF THE CHANNELS THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA.

IF YOU ORDER THIS UNIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF VIEWING DIGITAL CHANNELS OF 126 AND ABOVE AND SUBSEQUENTLY RETURN THE UNIT WHEN YOU FIND THAT IT DOESN'T WORK FOR THAT PURPOSE,
THEN YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WILL BE VOIDED.

FURTHERMORE, IF YOUR CABLE COMPANY MOVES CERTAIN CHANNELS FROM THE 1-125 RANGE INTO THE 126 AND ABOVE RANGE AND YOU WISH TO RETURN THE UNIT BECASUE OF THIS, THEN YOUR MONEY BACK GAURANTEE WILL NOT BE HONORED. WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY STATED THAT THESE UNITS DO NOT WORK ON CHANNELS 126 AND ABOVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOUR LOCAL CABLE COMPANY REGARDING THE REASSIGNMENT OF THEIR RESPECTIVE CHANNELS.

2 Years Manufacture warranty. The manufacturers or Cablecamp will not cover the installation of any 3rd party software onto your unit. That means that if you visit any other website, other than the manufacturer's for your unit which is www.sonicviewusa.com, and download software from this other website, then your warranty will be voided. If for any reason your product doesn't work for its intended use which is for FTA channel reception with a 30" satellite dish with a single linear LNB within 30 days of purchase you may return the item directly to Cablecamp for a refund minus a 30% Restocking Fee. You must also pay for S/H back to our warehouse.
We do not provide or condone the use of third party software. If you chose to use 3rd party softrware on your receiver once you have received it then that is your choice. Using third party software may be illegal and void product warranty. Do not email or call asking about DishNetwork, DirecTV, etc. Our satellite receivers are designed and intended for 100% legal use only. We will refuse sale to anyone whom we believe intends to use our product illegally or sell our products for illegal use.

IF YOU WISH TO DESCRAMBLE SCRAMBLED CHANNELS WITH THESE UNITS, YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL AN AVENGER MX VIDEO BOARD INTO THE UNIT. AVENGER MX VIDEO BOARDS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE. WE DO NOT STOCK THEM OR SELL THEM SEPERATELY. IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE AN AVENGER MX VIDEO BOARD, PLEASE TRY SEARCHING YAHOO OR EBAY. OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE INSTALLATION OF THE AVENGER MX VIDEO BOARD INTO OUR UNITS AND/OR THE ATTEMPTED OPERATION OF OUR UNITS WITH AN AVENGER MX BOARD INSTALLED.
